The sound is just trippy! No more screaming V8's but the turbo V6's sound like spaceships.

Yeah, they make some crazy noises when they downshift, totally sounds like some kind of spaceship with the turbo noises.

But that video perfectly shows just how anemic and tame they sound now. I should've taken the opportunity to go see the grand prix in Texas while they still sounded bone-jarringly loud.

finally saved enough pennies to purchase RCE Yellow springs! Should be coming in this week just in time to install this weekend with the Whiteline Bushings that were purchased last December.

My mods are slowly finding their way onto the car now.

This video is so cool looking it almost makes you believe the 2014 F1 car is somehow an improvement.
[ame]http://youtu.be/A-Bb9KkQwKM[/ame]

I agree about the sounds though. Loved the sounds of high-revving V8s and V10s, a sound unique to F1. Unfortunately the tech direction is moving away from that. I've never actually been to an F1 race but a few years ago I did get to attend the Monterey Historics and they had Toyota's F1 race car from the year before there to do demonstration runs. As I arrived to the track, the F1 was screaming around the Laguna Seca track and it was just incredible music. Hopefully we will continue to see/hear the old cars at those kinds of events.

Hello guys. Just want to ask other MT owners here. Do you guys hear jar of marbles in the engine area during deceleration 1st-4th gear under 2200rpm? it's not continuous but after you put gas and let it decelerate(foot off pedal). stopping or slowing down before you clutch in.

Sounds like a clutch problem, but I'm no expert. Why not bring it in for warranty?

It is the dual mass flywheel, at least it sounds like my other car that has a dual mass flywheel...
