Kevin in the his FRS: 27.22

That was 27.21 and 27.22. Kevin was mad enough about losing by a hundredth of a second I wouldn't add another half a second to his time lol. I had an ok time but I picked up two cones so it put me back towards the bottom again... Oh well I had fun and I just need to work on cleaning it up so my 29.45 would count. My friends had a blast and they finally found something better to do with their cars than lose to old school muscle on the drag strip.

Got busy at my shop and only just now closed up or I would have been there. I missed last Saturday too because I had that flu.

Firebird Raceway ''run what you brung'' Drift and Drag on the 25th,,,, I am going. I've never drifted so I'm anxious about that. I also want to see how quick I can go down the strip. Gonna do some passes with the e-cutout open and some closed to see any difference in times.
Also import faceoff on the 27th!

There are only 10 spots left in the morning run groups. I know quite a few of you enjoy Local Motors autox, as I do, so you will love AMP. It is an amazing site because it was built specifically for autox and because it so large that we can offer a national level style course. Some of the drivers there will be among the best in the nation. (I want to mention that no spectators will be allowed because we are allowed 99 people on site - staff and drivers).

Yuryur, you know you want to, and I will make sure you will have a good instructor - maybe even one who teaches autox for Evolution Performance Driving School.

The reason why I am excited about AMP is because big courses like AMP, Marana, and El Toro in California, are what autoxers call pucker courses - they can make a part of the anatomy pucker. I am literally half terrified when I make a fast run on big course, and when I climb out of the car, I am so completely pumped with adrenalin that I am bouncing off the walls.
