At the gas station putting pump gas tune back on so I can fill up so the dealership doesnt smell corn juice when replacing my fuel pump tomorrow. Doobie doobie dooooooo.

meant to answer this not sure if I did but this is due to caster being out from lowering the car.
I use a offset PSRS from perrin

So for those interested, anyone can stop by my place to check out what I am doing with my car, although right now I am at a kind of stand still while i wait for the last couple pieces to trickle in. I have a bunch left to put together and do, but until the actual turbo arrives some of it is pretty pointless like putting the IC piping in place properly and a couple other things. I still need to replace my oil pan, so gotta drain the oil and put the new pan in, but can't fill it until I get the turbo installed so I can hook the drain line up. I still need to do the fuel pump so if anyone wants to see how much of a pain in the ass that whole procedure is let me know and I'll save it for when I have an audience...I tried once already so I know how they come apart but getting the new pump in should be an exercise in the flexibility of my curse word vocabulary.

Also if anyone wants I can do headlight blacking out if you are too scared to do it yourself, it's not hard, just takes time. Mine came out amazing btw, I'll throw some pics up once I have some time.

Also I want to throw the offer out there to anyone who might need work done to their car, or parts put on that they aren't comfortable doing themselves. I am more than willing to a) do it for you for a small fee (way less than a shop will) or b) I can help you do it yourself and show you what needs to be done to do what you need to do. I've probably had this car torn further apart than anyone in Phoenix that isn't a dealer, and have run into plenty of situations that required a little clarification and mechanical ingenuity to figure out. I won't pretend to be a pro mechanic and will never attempt something for the first time on someone elses car. But for everything that I have accomplished on my car I feel that I am plenty skilled to help others do the same for their cars. I also have tools that you can use if you need to do work and don't feel like buying a new tool for a job.

Last but not least, I am seriously looking to get my car in a magazine after I get it finished (March-April timeframe). So if anyone has any contacts or experience in getting this done any help will be appreciated. Why do I want this? One is for sharing my car and experience with more people than our kinda closed community of FRS/BRZ owners. Another reason is for resale, publicized cars garner more interest and with the benefit of having a magazine article or if I play my cards right a cover shoot, in the event that I want to sell my car in the future I can probably get more for it. Lastly, I want to get interest from sponsors. I really, really want some sponsors that will be able to help me with internal engine work, perhaps some seats, and I will be trying to work with JL to get a system built for my car. Having my car already featured in one magazine helps alot in getting companies to take you serious when you are looking for full sponsorships. This will also help me to make the kinds of acquaintances that will help me with my next build...which will also be powered by a boxer 4

Any SNELL SA2010 Approved helmet, they are the latest rating for auto racing and have the most recent updates for safety.
I bought a G-Force full face through Summit for under $300. They also have less expensive open face, which I think would be better for visibility and keep you cooler.
I got mine for 1/4 mile drag racing. Everytime I go through Firebirds inspections, they always say I have the best helmet they've seen all night!

@gmookher does it return it to stock or better the return to center from stock?

I know the tc2 I had I would be in a uturn punch it and the wheel would flip 50 times on its own back to center. It was nice.
