Awesome. I will swing by and grab some tonight.

I also went ahead and ordered some Injector Adapters so I wouldn't need to cut my harness.

Flex-Fuel it finally showed up. Color of the display was wrong. Nothing has really gone well with this transition to ECUtek. It's really making it hard to switch. Already contacted Moto-East and they are going to help me get it switched on monday. Luckily the display isn't needed for everything to run correctly. Though a license is. Seems Moto-East didn't register my ECUtek stuff so I don't have a license. So I now have to wait to figure that out. I was originally going to install everything Tomorrow, but it's going to have to wait. This whole ordeal has been nothing but set-backs. Really wish I could have it dyno tuned so I wouldn't have to deal with any of this.

Got the Base map yesterday, and installed all the parts. Winged the Flex-Fuel Install as the instructions on the website are for their old flex-fuel kit. Super Simple and easy, except for the fuel line tool being difficult to fit in the factory fuel line, and the Non-waterproof control box needing to be installed in the engine bay.

I wouldn't be worried, except I wash my engine bay every once and a while and the vents let in quite a bit of water. I am also looking at replacing the hood with larger vents that will compromise the location of the controller. Looking at ways to waterproof it. I may end up trying to cover the circuit board in epoxy like some of the guys do with Factory HID ballast in the retrofit community. Still have the issue of the connectors, but I will figure something out (Flex-Seal?)

Only have a picture of the injectors for now, as I was excited and forgot to get a picture of the flex-fuel kit:

Edit: Flex-Fuel Pictures

EBCS Mounting is temporary until I can lengthen the wiring harness for it.

Sent the gauge off today. Should receive the new one by the end of next week hopefully.

This E-tuning process is a test in patience, and it's proving to very difficult.

Had a pretty darn good weekend, Tune is almost finished (I assume).

Fresh wash before Polish/Wax

Had to take the shorty antenna off to get this shot.

Also installed a boost gauge so I can watch boost while datalogging with ECUtek. I used to use my OFT which can't be plugged in while the ECUtek is.

Blue ECA Display came in today. Quickly threw it on. Getting things through the wiring grommet on these cars sucks. The blue matches pretty well in person. Can't wait to get to fill up on e85.

Have a trip coming up tomorrow and was hoping to have fuel trims figured out. Waiting to hear back from the tuner, but I still think I have a leak somewhere. My boost leak tester is finished, and I will test for leaks tonight. Hoping to find one, cause if I can't I have no idea what to do next.

Boost leak returned nothing. Pushed it to 20psi without hearing a thing. Also tried spraying connections with no results either. I wasn't too keen to push any more pressure through the system. I am going to re-adjust my pressure tool to make checking on vacuum easier, and hopefully that may return something.

Troubleshooting the Vacuum/fueling issue and I decided to throw in the new battery I have had for awhile. Vacuum seems back to normal. Fueling seems to behave a bit better as well. Still has wild fuel trim swings, but I chock that up to learning. I will better be able to tell after i drive it around for a bit.

I have also settled on going rocket bunny. Doing a time attack style build... Eventually

Rocket Bunny v.1 Fenders
18x10.5 Gram Light 57DR 5x114.3 +12 with spacers to get them fit correctly.
285/30/18 Sticky tires.
APR GT-250 67" Carbon Wing
5" Splitter
Custom Canards
Custom Diffuser
350mm Front / 330mm rear brake kit.
Tein SRC (If I am making a list, might as well add it)

We'll See how close to that I can actually achieve

Went and looked over everything really well. Found my Wideband O2 wasn't seated completely. Maybe half a turn out. I am going to check my other two O2 sensors when I get time. Vacuum is still looking good after the battery change. Fueling seems a tiny bit better, but still fluctuating and getting horrible gas mileage.

I am going to check for codes after work just in case.

I am starting to think my issue is the O-Rings on the Pump. I used 3 O-Rings in accordance with the instructions, but seems people are using the white spacer plus two o-rings or 4 o-rings. Going to swap from 3 o-rings to white spacer with 2 o-rings. Hopefully this fixes my issues.

Swapped over to plastic spacer and two o-rings on the Pump. Didn't seem to help the issue any. I went ahead and got another log and sent it to Moto-East this morning. Sent an email the 27th of last month with no reply. Hoping to get something back to this last email. Ready to be done tuning. Been over a month since my original purchase and still not on e85. :/

I also picked up some 4'x8' Plastic sheets for free. Will go toward mocking up the splitter, diffuser, and flat under tray.

Well I have checked just about everything I know to check. Going to get new exhaust gaskets to rule out any air leaks there cause issues. Nothings seems to be leaking, but I am still getting crazy fuel trim swings. Cruising AFRs of 13s and sometimes fluctuating. Gas Mileage is in the 15-16s where I used to be getting 20. Waiting to hear back from the tuner to review my log I sent and see if they have any Idea where I should look. Going to ask if I can get a tune for the stock injectors. That will help rule out the injectors.

I also noticed car is slow to build boost. Will build to about 7-8 psi, the last 2-3 psi don't really come on till near redline. Going to check my wastegate arm to make sure nothing has broken.

Car also doesn't run the same twice. Will run great, then turn the car off, turn it back on and it runs like crap. Ready to be finished already.

Edit: Log From yesterday. 8psi max boost. Was getting 10.75psi before the switch. Going to recheck all my couplers, check intercooler, check turbo.
