I just installed a set of RCE SS1's and had my alignment done. I asked them not to touch the camber adjustment on the tophat and max out what the could using the crash bolt in the upper position as long as left and right were even. They were able to get almost -3 degrees. This is a bit more than I expected. That too much for a daily driver? Toe is at zero in the front.
If I wanted to reduce it could I use the tophat adjustment and push it out? How much is each hash mark? Edit: Also, a shoutout to these coilovers. Even in the 'comfort' setting on the dampers the car feels brand new. Tons of grip and more comfort than stock shocks with RCE yellow springs. |

I'm in another country at the moment, but send me a pic if you like. If your car is strictly a daily driver then -3 is more than necessary. - Andrew |

I run -3* on my BRZ with zero toe as well (don't consider it a daily, but is driven regularly). I've had very good tire wear. Using 245/40/17 Conti ECS for reference. Cold tire psi is 35. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk |

not sure, im imagining 1inch? as its going to be static, i do not wanting to slam it to the ground.
im not looking for fender to lip fit, im looking for rideability, so im leaning toward $1500 coils, not $500 used BC's i do a trackday a year, but its purely for fun, im not looking to improve my driving, just having a blast at the track for a day. |

If you're looking for a slightly more performance oriented ride while still being very comfortable, I'd recommend KW's V2 coilovers. These will accomplish what you're looking for. They have rebound damping adjustability which will allow you to dial in your ride/feel. If you want to go with a less expensive (not necessarily less quality), Tein's Flex Z or ISC's N1 (both with upgraded springs - not the standard springs) would also be a good fit and accomplish what you're looking for. |

Current Setup: Koni Struts, OEM 2013 Springs, Crash bolts set to -1.9*
New Setup: KW V3 with 6k7/k springs, Verus Camber Plates. I Daily My Car about 12k miles a year, with 2-3 autocross events. I love the way the car handles, but not a fan of the bounce i got when i added Eibach Springs, so i went to stock springs. I'd like it to drop about 3/4" and still be comfortable enough for the street, increased handling is always a plus. Should I stick with the Verus Top Hats, or goto a Group N tophat for less noise/more comfort? I have no plans of running anything more than -2* -B |

Which of these 2 setups do you think is the best for DD (25k miles/year) and 6 track days a year?

@Racecomp Engineering @CSG Mike @CSG David I'm looking to change my spring set up on my Motons as I have been running a more street friendly set up with occasional track but am now using the car more for track with occasional street. Currently I have a 200mm 4kg rear spring with no helper and a 150mm 5kg front spring with a 2kg 50mm helper. I'm looking at a 7kg 140mm front spring with a 40mm 3kg helper and on the rear a 170mm 8kg main spring with a 40mm helper. Can you see any problems I'm missing with this set up change?
