so i switched back to 93 and the issue is gone, so i'm thinking it's something with the port injector seals still, or maybe just a bad tank of corn juice. i tested it via test tube and it showed up at e80, but who knows how accurate that was.

I'm planning on hooking it up on Sunday, though.

That's interesting. It couldn't be oxygenated fuel could it? I don't know if they do that to corn oil.

not sure. i've still got some fuel left over from that same batch in a 5 gallon can that i guess i could send out for testing somewhere (blackstone maybe?). probably not worth the hassle.

At this point i think i'm just going to fog test it this weekend to be sure there are no leaks. I'll also be connecting my wideband directly to my ECU via the rear o2 input. From there i plan on running at least one more tank of 93 through her before switching back to e85 again, just to make sure everything's working as intended.

You found no oil in yours.. Hmmm. Did it not come with oil or do you think it's being lost? I'm not following the 30k mile recommendation and planning to change mine every 10k for insurance. The Redline stuff is relatively cheap.

Eat your vegetables..
After 3000km started to hear bad rattle sound.
Checked oil could not see anything on the dip stick, drained with syringe and shocked to find 20ml in the sc.
Sprintex say supplied with oil and the distributor advises they check before shipping to me. Me thinks nonsense. I highly recommend to check oil before installation.

I now change oil every month, overkill maybe but I have the bottle Redline and the SC takes 160 ml so why not.

How do I shim the pulley? My 70mm pulley (its a raceseng) sticks out about 1-2mm farther than my 75mm pulley that came with the SC. I shredded about a 3-4mm strip of the belt.

Both my OEM and BG belts fit 100% on the raceseng pulleys. You may have a bad pulley??? Warranty exchange?

Double check that there's nothing behind it as well. May not be seated correctly. They are exactly (like, within a few thousands) as the stock pulley.

Definitely seated correctly. For comparison I seated it on some sockets that are the same length (and swapped for comparison):

The raceseng definitely seems to stick out a small amount more.

Intercooled people out there - any of you having an issue with the heater hose coming off the top of the bosch water pump hitting the clip on the sensor that sits right above the water pump? Mine is pressed against it..wish they didn't just give you a zip tie to use on that damn bracket.

@xxscaxx I used a 3" worm clamp from the intake tube instead of the zip tie. Just need to loop it though the bracket and tighten, then flex the excess back and forth till it snaps off. Much more secure and then I replaced the intake tube worm clamps with t-bolt clamps.

Hope it resolves your issue
