No it is not.
This argument is as old as humanity and both of us are going to give the same old standard responses.
I am not saying it is OK but the guys keep asking there because the girls keep doing it. Even if it is just 10% of them it can ruin it for everybody. Real life sucks but it is real life.

HELL no. It's a fact of life because people shrug and say "it's a fact of life". It isn't. The only way it gets better is if people stop looking the other way.

Your analogy would work if this were tinder, and she wasn't looking for a pick up. And this was just pick up offers, not nude pics requests.

Acknowledging that something exists and being realistic enough too know there is not a single bloody thing you can do about it is not the same as looking the other way. I in no way stated that being on Instagram was inviting the attention just simply that it is know to happen.
If we wish to continue to throw out examples that are not remotely relevant (i.e. tight jeans) then I will simply say that murder has been unacceptable for most of human history and has not got better because people care more. There is little hope of changing the internet habits of a bunch of weirdos no matter how closely people look at them.
