Cost: $35 (if you are an SCCA member)
If you aren't, you'll need to get a temp weekend membership for $15. Don't be discouraged by this fee, as you can credit it toward a full annual membership if you decide to become an SCCA member.

As or time, it depends on your run group. First car out at 9 AM if you are running in the morning. If you are running in the afternoon, earliest the first car out is 1PM.

Please let me know if you have any other question. @G_Ride is a little more knowledgeable about the schedule than I am and you can probably ask him.

Yeah. Unless your hella modded you need to be there about 8 to reg in time and walk the course before the 8:45 driver meeting. STX and CS both run in the morning.

^ Pretty much this.

Depending on how smoothly things go during setup the first car in run group 1 should start between 9 and 9:30. The start time of every other run group after that will depend on how smooth the runs go and how many are signed up per group. There's usually at least 200 people registered for Oakland events. Run group 4, the first run group of the afternoon, should start between 1 and 2 depending on how smoothly the other groups went.

CS and STX are in run group 2. Novice CS (NS-CS) and Novice STX (NS-STX) are in run group 1. This is only if you're running for fun. You can choose to run in whatever run group you want if you're there for fun.

The rulebook can be confusing, even after reading the rules multiple times, so feel free to ask me.

hmm interesting. I couldn't figure out what class type I'm in. I'm bone stock. haven't even put in my drop in filter yet

You typically get 4 runs with the occasional fun runs if time allows.

CS. Even with the drop in filter, you're still CS.

You're guaranteed at least 3 runs, but generally you'll see 4 runs. Fun runs will depend on time and whether or not the chairs feel like having fun runs.

However, I don't see an option for those that want to run for FUN. So for now, it's available for those that want to run in class.
