If you think your shocks are blown, lift your car up and check if they are wet. You'll actually have to grab them and feel if any fluid present is oil, not just water. If your shocks are dry, they are not blown, and your noises are from something else (this is not to say that the noise isn't caused by a stiffer suspension set-up).
If your shock bodies are covered in oil, its likely you have a blown strut and they need to be replaced. If not, then changing them is a waste of money. |

I need to get my hands on a Go Pro, I really want to get my car in a magazine something fierce after I get the turbo and bumper on and am gonna need to have something to show to get it in...hoping to be pretty much done with this car build by April-May time frame...I'm sure there will always be odds and ends I'll want but the majority will be complete!

Well got the 3ways and the amp temp installed. Still need to decide on box location and then i will permanently install it. The midbass is awesome! I may try to come up sat for pavs so those who wanted to hear it can, plus i need resin for the box and i can get it way cheaper there.

Well we'll have to come up with something, I should have the turbo installed and hopefully tuned by the first week of February. I think I'll be the first person in the US with the the Chargespeed bumper too. I need to find someone who knows about fabbing an oil cooler setup because I'm gonna need one, but the only kit ive seen that mounts the cooler where i want is the HKS kit and its $900...doesnt seem complex so maybe I could get a one off fabbed up for cheaper.
