I'll be taking from late november/early december to late march/early april off.

Fantastic at the moment, since I'm not around at home to deal with anything. Not pleased that our electric bill is in the $130 dollar range for the past two months, and I'm still paying 1/3 of the bill, despite only being at home for 4 days. Guess I'll need to have a chat with them about turning off the fucking lights before they leave for a god damned weekend.

Nope, pretty happy with the Corsa. Have about zero interest in anything else, except for the Remus, but for an axle back, it's awfully pricey. Kind of into the STi axle back as well, but again, too pricey.

To be honest, I've been casually looking into superchargers for the past few days. But, I can't justify it because I drive the car so little, and most of my driving is done in the winter time, so the extra power would definitely not be needed then.

Since I can see a Subie dealership from my balcony (it's like 250m away from our apartment) I've been considering going there and finally test driving a WRX when I'm home next. I want to get the car paid off first, but turbo and 4 doors is awfully alluring.

I have around 640 hours of banked time. 640 hours of regular time, but earned during OT works out to 426 hours of OT worked. 640 hours is 16 weeks, or 4 months.

Edit: Working in Ontario from early March, my minimum amount of hours paid out per week is 60, I've banked just about every hour of OT I've worked so far this year. Since coming to Alberta, my minimum has become 70 hours, but mostly I've worked closer to 85. If I bank those 20 hours of OT per week in Ontario, I get 30 hours of banked time. If I banked the 30 hours of OT in Alberta, I get 45 hours. Of course, this is also speaking in strictly minimum terms, since most days I actually work more than 10 hours.

Second edit: My bad, I'm thinking a pay period ahead of what I am. I only have 13.5 months worked this year.

Remus yes I almost forgot about this brand. Never liked the look of their exhausts but they should sound pretty good. Usually the exhaust of choice with VWs (the cheap arses go with Milltek).

The STI axle back (insiders here claim it is made by Fujitsubo) still sounds pretty much the same after 40,000km maybe just a tad quieter now with all that carbon deposits.

That new BRZ tS did cross my mind at one point but I just don't feel like having car payments at this time. The thought of being unemployed again spooked me.

Yep, it was a pleasure meeting you too ......

However, next time, I suggest we do more sitting and talking, instead of so much walking ....... it's had for me to keep up with you younger men.

Or, maybe I'll get a powered scooter .......
