Hello there all RWD lovers, I'm Kostas from Greece and I drive an mx5 mk3. It was love at first sight for me when I first saw the ft-86 and when I saw the specs and realized that Toyota wants to build a drivers car like the miata I can't wait to see it into production and why not buy it.In the US it will go around 20k$ but in Europe I guess it will go over 30k euros.We shall see

what's up man. Just heard about this car over on supraforums.com and I'm pumped about it. How true are the rumors of 275hp turbo for around 30k? Any idea of an actual release date? Is there a waiting list I need to sign up on?

Ya I'll keep checking for updates. I was debating on picking up a new dd but now I want to wait until more info comes out on this. Hopefully it's not 2011 before this bad boy comes out.

So I was flipping through a motortrend magazine and saw a 2 page spread of the ft86, proceeded to spank it, and now I'm in love.

But seriously I'm glad I came (no pun intended) across this website - tons of great discussion and speculations about this cool looking toyota. I look forward to gaining as much knowledge about the car as it ends its final development stages and hope it lives up to all the hype!

Future bbqs, San Diego coastal cruises and moutain runs - yes please
