I really hate how the car doesn't wash itself. It is always dirty so I just try to drive faster when it rains.

The stock wheel studs and nuts are hot garbage. Softer than butter and the threads don’t fit for shit.

I have some vinyl seat covers if you want. They look and feel pretty good.

How am I seemingly the only person that doesn't have a problem with this? I change my wheels at least twice per year, switching from summer to winter wheels, and the only thing that's ever happened is that I broke the inside of the wheel lock(the socket, not the lug) by over tightening. The actual studs and lugs themselves have never been an issue.

Since then,I've had some cheap-o aftermarket aluminum lugs for the winter, and some Project Kics for the summer, and again, never really an issue.

Who knows. Maybe you’ve never had good wheel studs and nuts?!? I kid, I kid. I just can’t believe how poor they fit. There’s just way too much resistance in the threads. I’m changing them all. I can’t even deal.

Same here...do my own changes twice a year and never noticed any issues with studs or OEM lugs. I also have different lugs (Gorilla) for my summers and they are just fine.

That said, it has always been standard practice for me to take a bit of brake clean and a wire brush to clean the threads when changing wheels on any car I've owned. I think a lot of problems are caused by debris and too many ugga duggas when tightening down..

You may want to check into the saard seat covers! I put a set of these in and you would think they are the original seat coverings. Much cheaper than redoing the cloth.

I do have one complaint. When I park my 2013 FR-S too far up in the garage and I'm walking along the front of it, those damn "teeth" on the front bumper jump out and stab my ankle/leg - and it hurts -

I get a bit tired of cops following me and running my plates. I've never been pulled over though. Just a bit annoying.

Cops have learned the car now and who they are associated with. Only took them several years.

The car does attract other 86/BRZ for sure and more.

This was coming out of Nelson BC last summer.

Had passed a Radar operation coming out of town, I was doing 60 in a 70KM zone and was looking for a lookout to check out and take picts.

Well I had time to cross the parking before my new friend came over to investigate & ask what a QC plate was doing in his playground…

Sorry if the Car is full amuck after 2 weeks of travel, He should have given a ticket for that…

I mean, in his defense seeing a QC plate out that far is definitely not common. I've seen a NWT plate here and was so confused because I had never seen a polarbear license plate, I gave chase for a kilometre just to stare at it.

I did fine for a few years with mine, but finally had one cross thread and snap off when I was rotating my tires around the beginning of the year. I blame the dealer because when I did winter tires swaps myself I never had an issue. Brought the car to get tires thrown on before heading halfway across the country, go to rotate the tires six months later, aaaand...*tink*

Threw some ARP studs on and had to get a new set of locking lug nuts, but I dare one of those to break on me.
