And then learning about RF and DC plasma... I don't have any sort of chemical background so that is all new for me.

There's actually only a couple for the specific tools I would be working with.
There's a few different variations of the same types of tools that may be made by different manufacturers or used at different steps of the process.
They just want you to learn about all of them I guess.
