Maybe somebody here can help me so I don't have to waste anymore of John's time, because I'm pretty sure it's something I'm doing wrong. My Feature and Update page continues to say 0 Updates available and I have never flashed. He has already added another license but I have never flashed. I have never flashed a tune to my car. When I try to Apply License Update and can't find any file ending in .upd on my computer. He told me to run the EcuTek update and the new license that he added should download. Does anyone know where it would download? or have any other idea what I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance for help!!!

E85 guys check in. How is E85 compared to tuned pump gas? Do you like it? What are the headaches? How's the mileage?

Gas station down the street from my house started selling E85...cheaper than regular, too!

Are we having to fill out the form just to get the regular update path? Cause if we have to fill a form every time to get the latest tune that would get annoying.

The last official word from John was that he was only sending tunes out to people who were feeling lucky, and for those folks to fill out the form.

In the past, if there was a "safe" update, John would e-mail it out to everyone.

So that being the case, unless John says otherwise and you want the latest flash, fill out the form and wait for the update.

To anyone else (I don't want to bother John as he's busy, and I've already sent him email, PM, and form) with an aftermarket intake and a tweaked Visconti tune, did you get one for this latest version? I got the STOCK version, but it's not clear to me how to get the aftermarket one (if it's even available on this one).

It is still being tweaked, but definitely an improvement of power over the pump gas tune based on the butt-dyno.

I dyno'd it last weekend but I was an idiot and left TCS on which will cause the car to pull throttle, but I still put down 180 to the wheels, even with TCS on. I don't have a baseline for comparison, but a new GTI with a flash put down 200 for comparison sake.

You have the axleback or axleback+ frontpipe?
