Great photos and awesome build, sir. What macro lens are you using? It's so sharp. Straight out of camera, or some PP work?

Motor mounts and headers look great! Any difference in NVH with the Perrin mounts?

There is a bit more NVh but nothing unbearable to my standards. My idle is raised to 900 RPM. Slight hum, and i can feel the steering wheel and seat when i'm idling.

Dallas Mini Meet

I was recently in Dallas to visit my brother. Wanted to meet the local 86 crowd over beer and food. Great turnout. This wasn't actually everybody, more came after we sat down to eat!

If i had a washer fluid tank that didn't leak (cough cough @Brian@Vortech @Dezoris) then I would take your suggestion into consideration

If you look closely enough the tank itself is sitting on my floor jack on the bottom shelf

haha I'm just giving them a hard time. I do need to fix the leak or just say weight savings because race car

Motor Mount Comparison

I don't have the means to record video of the engine while driving so idle videos will have to do. Despite this, you can see a clear difference in the mounts.

Note: the vehicle with the OEM mounts is NA, while my car with the Perrin Mounts is Vortech Supercharged. Logically, if the mounts were the same, the supercharged motor would vibrate more.

You can see my motor barely moves on ignition and during applications of throttle. My mate's car, his motor moves a bit. Thanks Tim for letting me record your car.

Documentation

As an engineer and software developer, I have learned good documentation and organization is key. I keep all the hard copies of my receipts but I finally learned that shoving them into a large manilla envelope isn't going to cut it if I ever have to dig through the mess.

overhauled my system and found a good use for all those stickers I collected over the year.

Enjoy
