Happen upon this little beauty in Muscat today.. it's 'riced' or 'hummus'd' Toyota Corolla. Love the quick release front bumper..

BTW, seen a couple of nicely modded Twins too but they were going too quickly to take a photo..

In the UK this little thing is called a Toyota IQ or if happen to be very wealthy then Aston Cygnet. But not seen one wearing a Scion badge..

It's a real thing the Scion iQ. Don't think they sold very well.

The IQ would be fun converted to RWD with a 200 HP motorcycle engine, even more hilarious than a Smartuki. But that's too much work for what is otherwise a waste of plastic and pot metal.

Renault produce two vehicles that on paper sound like a lot of fun as they're RWD, one is RWD/rear engined.

The Twizy (all electric) with a stupid battery leasing scheme that negates all savings and fun to be had. The other one is the Twingo, the wise Renault people have designed it so that it safely understeers!!

I'm waiting for "fuck that!" electric car moment. Diesels were the "tree huggers" saviour in Europe.. then the penny dropped that they're filthy polluting shite (exception, trucks, pickups etc i.e working vehicles). Electric will be next dirty secret... What to do with dead batteries and how the fuck to recharge the cars when majority of the European folk live in cities without access to easily accessible/convenient charging points...
