That makes the list 20 strong! One quarter of all first 86 winners are on this forum alone!

Still waiting on the first firestone to be announced. Color breakdown is very interesting, I wonder how it will hold in the real world.

Further, they told me I should receive an e-mail from Scion with pricing and arrival details! I'm sure that will be a little while, but at least I know a little more.

Oh, he also said there are 16 first 86 cars in the SE Scion region.
What he meant to say is that you will get pricing when the car arrives on the lot.

This price wait game is killing all my spare time....

Refresh.....refresh....refresh...

Some more info from my Scion rep.

"The benefit at this point is that you are well in advance of anyone else getting this car. It will be in VERY limited production so there is no telling when you would have another opportunity to acquire an FR-S. Also as you know Scion is pure priced so there is no incentive to wait for a better price, better terms, etc… There is not a definite release date but you will be given enough time to prepare, my understanding is spring availability but I don’t think it can be released as a 2013 model until after February. Pricing has not been released but I have seen the “Under 30k” label several times. It would probably also depend on how it was equipped. I have attached the deposit agreement so you can read it in advance."

Nothing we haven't heard already.

You can already go put a deposit down for one if you are worried about availability. You can think of it as winning the first 86 at your local dealer. Maybe you can even get them to give you a hat.

They must all be singing from the same hymnal.
My Subie dealer is saying 1-2 cars per month per dealership for at least the first year.

I'm surprised as well at the lack of Firestone. Perhaps people still think red is a "cop magnet" (which is now black, btw).

I'm wondering how different, or similar, the color variance will skew for the BRZ.

I can't believe I'm the only Ultramarine. I guess after owning a white car now, I'm forever turned off from owning another light colored vehicle.
