+1 on set limit because isn't it that you can only win once a year @ichitaka05 ?

Now you could have a grand prize of a little greater value at the end of the year. Everybody that won through the year could be put up for votes as the 2016 Grand Champion.

Yeah then definately make it fair but don't make it the same prize each time... or make it the same... I'm trying to think of variety for people so that not each one is the same but then again im thinking about fairness for each person.

At the end of the year you should do a photo of the year which only comprises of the 12 people who won each month.
