Small company, so I am the only one that does certain things. Company president is pretty good about taking stuff off my plate which helps. There are just things that nobody else has bothered to learn so I get stuck with it.

Anyone know how to work on a rotary key clutch from a 1933 OBI punch press? I could really use a hand

If it's the OBI-1 model, you have to use some force.

Yeah , I seent those videos. The flywheel on mine is probably 2-300 lbs. It’s one of my smaller units, a 20 ton. I am pretty sure it is an issue with the locking pawl. I am just scared to take the thing apart. I may be able to salvage the clutch of another unit that has a busted arm.
