I was gonna say my install didn't take my full bottle. I think I have somewhere around 1/4 bottle left. I'd have to double check.

BTW I just finished installing my kit last night! High boost pulley, E85'd, Automatic. Running on a low power base tune right now.

Can't wait to see what it feels like when it's all tuned up!

Thanks for the input. Got a response from Jackson racing saying I should have more than enough for the oiling system.

Theoretically if I blow my motor with FI can I take it all off and then claim it to the dealership?

Theoretically yes.

I would consider it warranty fraud.

I recently saw news coverage of someone who totaled a car at the track then hauled it some where else and called State Farm. Looks like jail time may be involved.

That's actually a pretty damn good idea LOL I never would have thought about that

Hint for beginners (like me): I've blown the hoses off of the MAF tube twice. Be sure to push the tubes all the way on, then put the clamps behind the "hump" rather than on the flat part. Otherwise, the tubes can just slide off...

I've done that like 4 times. Each time I thought I did it right :p

Do you have a picture or diagram of exactly which hose(s) you speak of? I have never been sure of which one(s) can come off. Thanks

All of them that hold the boost from the supercharger.

If one comes off, you'll know. You'll idle like crap.

If you had a well broken in engine that was driven hard before the kit went on, then chances are the hose under the AC compressor is "baked on" and won't come off. Ours never has (and the kit went on with 900 miles on the ODO.... ooops).

So I have a squeak around 2k+ RPM. I did recently add a little Rotrex fluid. Perhaps I slightly over filled?

The noise isn't that brief ear piercing SC noise you hear when you initially prime and start during install.

The confusing part is when I rev'd the car in neutral when stopped it didn't make the noise. Any suggestions on what to check? I'll review fluids when the sun comes up.
