A guy I worked with when I first transferred to Maryland told me about his point system. Blocking people from making their exit was worth 10 points but it had to look unintentional.

This was right after he asked me if I was an aggressive driver. Of course after I said no, his response was "You will be."

I was singing to the song on the radio while smoking a cigarette. "Unintentional" to all drivers on the road.

Does his point system include road kills? I once ran into a co worker with a Prius. Does that get me points? Of course, he ran between cars as fast as he can to avoid the rain.

I'd count it. I'd get points for that too. Took out a lady at wal-mart a couple years ago. Although, she was running across the street in a snow storm and I hit her doing like 5 mph.
