Guys, seriously, get rid of chikuharo and make it hachiroku. Ran it by my homies at Aoyama, everyone read it as chikuharo.

As I remember it, the original artist of that logo decided to do left->right/top->bottom reading order on the characters because its the way he reads characters (non-native japanese, or something to that effect).

It still reads ハチロク :P

I know~ I love the design otherwise.

It still reads as hachiroku but I had to train myself to read it that way. When I first glanced at the design, I read it as chikuharo, and when I showed it to my friends they also read it as chikuharo, instinctively. Maybe it's just the way the characters are spaced, but on logos I'm just used to reading it the other way.

I would be a semi-native (grew up there) to Hikone and Kawasaki.

final dynos should be ready soon, my car is in their shop for fitting and final testing of the production intake.

I honestly couldn't care less. Limited editions are just a gimmick and I enjoyed the clean look of just the black anodize.

I hope something extra is engraved for the group buyers. It would be a nice little lagniappe for us.

I agree! It's even fine if the manufacturer's name is on it just as long as it is black.
