At last I have front lip Its finished product now - so quickly installed it to test fitment before droping it at my painters shop And...

...It fits nicely Just the way I was hoping it to be. And looks just spot on - the way I was aiming - not too flashy not too racer look like - just OEM extension... Pretty soon wil have all the kit installed / tested - and will need to do a proper photoshot

One more shot of the detailed line that goes on the lip Im thinking about adding a bit of Carbon fiber here - to add more details to the front lip...

There are other companies who make pulley covers in CF already

I like it mate! It looks like the plain weave rather than twill but it looks the business nevertheless. If you coat it, what sort of resin are you going to use as I am afraid than almost any resin would go yellow under the high temperature. Maybe proper UV/heat clear coat would do the job just fine.

Yeah mate, tell me about it...I think I have dust/cf up my bum too (good that I have proper mask and everything otherwise i would be in hospital). Damn, I will be like Wolferine but instead of that rare metal I will have CF coming out of my fists.

Keep up with a good job mate! Looking good so far!

Well - im BACK... Had a bit routh last 3 weeks - but now im almost back at 100% recovery...

Everything started with a bit or pain in the shoulder - as I was still 'wearing' my shoulder bracing 'kit' that I got 1.5 years back in my DH crash - I though what the hell - its just the weather changing... But it got worse and worse... Soooo - after quick 'technical inspection' at the hospital - I found out that I managed to snap all the metal stripes that are sitting in my shoulder join... So off it goes surgery to drill / hammer / pull out everything away from the damn shoulder...

It wasn't the 'easiest' surgery - and they had to drill bones to remove leftovers - because there was no other access to them - but ahh - now is 'seems' that my hand is working property... So if anyone is worried about they orders getting a bit late - sorry guys - I wasn't able to do anything past 2 weeks - because I was one handed...

Anyway - back on my FRS Got loooong waited front lip painted and installed! And im 100% pleased with it - and how it looks:

More info - you can find here - and more detailed pics:
