No, just stock tensioner. I think my tensioner spring is just too loose.

Weird, was taking the bolts off the blower and this one was a little loose. When I tried to turn it with the allen key, it snapped!

Fortunately I was able to turn the bolt out:

Upon receiving my inter cooler kit, I noticed they included a whole bag of those bolts just in case any broke. They will probably send you some for free more than likely

He told me he preferred the ticket system when I first started dealing with him. Personally, I don't like that I can't see what I've posted, but it is what it is.

Thanks, I also don't like that, it seems like it would be a simple configuration change to give users the rights to post notes to their own tickets without having to wait for their notes to be approved. However even with that minor inconvenience, his work has been well worth it.

That doesn't look like an over torque to me, it just looks like a cheap bolt. Can you get a picture up close and personal with the break.

Also, @ZDan and @CSG David I'm guessing this is within your realm, what's your opinion.

Thanks, just looked over the parts bag and they put a bunch in there.

Also both of my plastic fittings move around like the wind blowing, it looks like they included some replacement ones in my part bag, although plastic again. Any suggestions on sealing them? I don't want them on too tight where they could snap.

seems like most people suggest just putting some teflon tape on the threads.
