Seriously?? Do you get a night bonus at least?

My place is 24/7 also. But funny enough, they introduced the night shift bonus right when I transferred from intern to FTE since no sane person wants to work nights.

Yeah, 16% night differential but we always get that.

No, it's "P***y" of the month. lmfao

Nah, it's photo of the month. If we do COTM, it become complicated. They gotta list mods and so on. While some member don't care to mod their car and keep it, stock have a chance to win the contest. If it's photo, they just need to post it and don't need to post any thing else (maybe lil descriptions).

& later, if we wanted to make a calendar, we can use those photos to make it. Win-win imo

I'm currently figuring out the rules.

Calendar would be a decent revenue stream. Sell some ad space and you've got a nice yearbook. I'd buy it.
