Drove it. Again. Regarding those knee-pads, who's knees hit those things? I'm 6 even, and my knees are nowhere near the place those pads are.

Being taller your shin is probably longer than us shorter people putting your knee farther away from that area. Short shins mean plastic smacked knees, I guess...

I'd like a pad on the edges of the center console. I'd also pay money to be able to lower the front of my seat a bit more. I have yet to take a really long (1k or more) drive, and I can see that causing some issues with my hips. Can't say that rises to the level of "HATE", though.

I added an "Objects in mirror appear to be losing" decal on the drivers side mirror. My 10 series' first upgrade!

Garage
Got her back from the body shop.

Bumper looks pretty good. One small imperfection in paint (looks like a small indentation less than half an inch long). My best guess is it is likely from the apparatus used to hold the bumper up while painting. They probably painted one spot and maybe moved it to paint another spot and did so before the paint cured enough.

I debated with myself and decided I would rather live with it than risking having the body shop keep her for another week and then maybe something else going wrong or the rework being even worse. The imperfection is small enough for me to get over especially since the paint is there and there are no cracks.

This entire fiasco has taught me one thing. If I ever take my car anywhere to be worked on again I will thoroughly explain to them how to put the car in reverse. No more accidental running up on curbs because you dont know how to put the car in reverse.
