I'm pretty sure my wheels were close to 10% of my car cost but I didn't really dislike the stocks. I just really like these. pure sechs imo.

I would put up some emails but too much top secret info to put on here

Am I still in car club if the only set of wheels I bought are a different set of oem wheels?

I try to keep it low key and that was a bit more than usual. Of course I would also never send that to anybody above me.

I also got them instead of the original guy who expressed interest... Felt sort of bad for a little bit about that...

I would have swooped in on those right from the first post if it wouldn't have cost me so much in exchange, shipping and probably duty. If they had been in Canada I would have grabbed them in a heartbeat.

Holy fuck. After client meetings all day, I'm going to be regretting about 60% of the timelines I gave for projects I'm overseeing. I thought even with the conservative estimates outlined that I'd be exceeding expectations. Not a chance after looking at google earth files.

Maybe I'll be jobless before summer is done.

LOL

The quotes have already been made and accepted. I'm just going to have to be a slave driver. Ultimately it's going to come down to how bad the ground is, but I won't know until I'm actually on site and am either on dry ground, or up to my nuts in a swamp.

My boss just said that he went to go put air in his tires and they were all "20 psi low", and that he couldn't believe it. He said he filled them back up to "51psi, because that's what it said on the side of the tire".

I explained to him that that is the "MAX PSI" that are capable of being inflated to, not what you should put them at. I told him he should be looking at the sticker on his driver's side door jam as it lists what to set them at there.

He argued adamantly that he was right, and I was wrong. I insisted, that 51 is way too high, and still he refuses to accept that I am right and he is wrong.

Enjoy your blowout from over inflation I guess...

So it is the low 60s there now right? He will have loads of fun when it hits around 80 out!
