I've warned him 8 times... EIGHT times!!!!! After warning him 8 times, even get banned TWICE and STILL don't get it, I might ask the boss to perma ban him from Member Classified section and not able to posts or make a new thread there.

Don't get me wrong what happened in Paris is horrendous but at the same time I wonder how people get all upset when something like this happens yet manage to stay so cold and uncaring regarding people that die all over the world from poverty, famine, kidnapping, etc

my guess is things like the Paris attack hit close to home (are relatable for most) while they are unable to relate to the other things i have mentioned. any thoughts?

Not here Fu. Those topics can go south real fast. The bravery created by the anonymous nature of the internet does not create a good platform for such discussion. People are more that willing to talk crap that they would never even think of saying in person. Besides there is no way to have that conversation without politics and religion becoming involved and those topics are against the rules here.
