14.5" of rain yesterday at the Austin airport, on top of several inches of rain last weekend during the U.S. Grand Prix. Those F1 drivers better be glad the race wasn't head THIS weekend or they might have needed speed boats.

Our average annual rainfall is supposed to be about 35", so in the past two weekends we have received about 60% of that (22" total). The wettest year on record was 1957 at 55.74 inches. We are now at 55.26" with two months to go. Guess the drought is over for now. The bad part is that we've gotten this rain in three big batches, separated by no rain at all for months. New normal?

No, I'm not wearing orange hoodie cuz it's Halloween. The hoodie I grabbed this morning, just happened to be orange.

In the "general car scene", you are regarded as handicapped or called much worse if people found out you drive an auto. Any threads that involve auto vs manual here, multiply by 5 and you get that kind of discussion elsewhere.

It's usually by people who drive domestics. and its usually kids to middle aged adults with small penis syndrome.
