Great video quality, fits perfectly behind the rear view mirror, and it's easy to wire up from the glove compartment 12 plug in such a way that the power cable is completely hidden in the roof / a-pillar / dash. The menu is kind of cheap looking and poorly translated, but you never have to use it after setting it up, so I don't care. My only gripe with it so far is minor, since it didn't want to recognize one of the four microSD cards I've fed it.
Ill check it out thanks!

So someone backed into my car yesterday and I've been seeing too many videos of people trying to vandalize cars. What's the good camera to get now? I looked at the BlackVue but it hasn't gotten good recommendations. What's another good option that people are using?
I've checked this site but I'd like to hear what you all recommend also.

I was thinking about getting a little light that would blink blue and placing it somewhere near the dash and maybe that way some people will be aware that the car might have a camera or high car security. Idk just an idea.

I guess your reason of having the camera rolling when parking, is to capture hit & run or vandalism cases. So with the motion detection, it will turn off when nothing is moving infront, saves the limited battery power. And it will charge when u next start your engine.

Dang, that's shitty. I'm sure they've done it to others' cars.

Yeah, looks like a little over 2 miles on it, which is more than expected for a car that wasn't supposed to leave the shop.

This video was on 6/5, the camera stopped recording from 6/6 until the car was ready yesterday (6/16). The only way the camera stops recording like that is if it gets unplugged. The last video before it was unplugged was them leaving it outside like he "joked" about.

There are also other videos of them revving it every time they drove it, and gunning it in the parking lot. I'm already going back today to have them look at some paint issues they messed up, so it will definitely be brought up then.

It was nationwide's "recommended" shop, too. Here are some pics of the paint issue.

Pic of the "spot" from the video above:

This is on both sides, looks like they set it down on the ground.

Damn man, that's fucked up, definitely go in there and make a scene, and tell nationwide too, get them to refund your money (and then some), and get nationwide to pay for a reputable shop to do the work. Also, put out a warning on here of what shop it is so others can avoid it.
