It's not just the 86 (I don't have one yet, sadly). Even in my 04 Elantra I love taking corners to the limits of what the car can do, and find myself unconsciously apexing every turn I come across.

The Elantra would feel like driving a bus around the corner compared to the 86. Have you test drove one yet?

Test drove the automatic FRS, loved it. Also, a buddy of mine has a BRZ with some light mods, and is willing to teach me to drive manual. The feel during shifting is surprisingly different, and I love the brief pause before I'm slammed back into the seat :p

Took my dog on my car and he refused to sit in front. He liked back better. No pics because my DSLR is in shop getting cleaned but whole time i'm driving, im thinking he's thinking:

This is my dog Babu. Named after Adam Sandler's dog that passed away:

You'll also enjoy the part where the rear tires "bark" going into second, third and even fourth (more of a chirp).

Yeah, you need one of these cars. :-)

Personally, I love driving. Period. Any kind of motorized vehicle with two or more wheels.

I've driven tiny mopeds and oversized road trains; and although not literally everything in between, it's close enough.

I've enjoyed every vehicle for what it was and how it behaved at the time.
Over time, they all start communicating with me.
Through vibrations and sound I gradually get a good sense of the mood of the car and how it wants to be driven.
It usually takes some time and mileage to get there.

When I was handed the keys to the brand new GT86 demo car in 2012, it happened instantly. The car was happy, talking to me like an old friend and cheerfully wagging it's tail. It was love at first donut.

I've never driven a car this communicative and happy. I've never driven a car this easy to make friends with.

TL/DR:
I love my car.
