I think I know whose it is! I spotted that FRS before with a mid 30's person driving with a female passenger (wife/fiance?). I gave him a thumbs up, but he didn't really respond. The guy isn't on the forum, and sadly, I don't think he wants to be associated with us.

was behind a white frs with miller manassas dealer plate frames on park center and tower view around 4:15, would have had a fun jog down 28 with them if the light had stayed green a second longer...
