Wasn't today - but went up to Malibu to drive through some canyons, nothing crazy as it was my first time up most of those roads.

Read this article/entry of my own FR-S by the guy who Opti-Guarded my car. Lots of pictures, and did amazing work. If you're in Calgary or in the area, I highly recommend him!

Installed eibach pro springs and a sustec strut tower brace. Really think they not only improved the look but improved the ride as well!

Put it on the trailer for the long drive to Monterey from San Diego tomorrow. Good thing I'm not lowered... FYI even with the trailer fender down the door still hits when trying to get out, but opens fine when your weight isn't in it... Had to come out nascar style.

Hahahaha. I feel your pain bud. Had the worst time getting my M3 onto a trailer last year moving to FL. Oh the pleasure of owning lowered cars Had to go to LOWES & have some 2x4's custom cut so I can make a makeshift ramp b/c the car wouldn't clear with normal ramps on the trailer. Also had to remove the wheel stops at the front of the trailer as well so the front end would clear the front of the trailer.

Sat down and touched up the bottom of my bumper yesterday afternoon... the joys of owning a first lowered car.

It isn't too bad from 2-3 feet away, but it's on the bottom of the bumper, so it will rarely be seen. I just wish I used sand paper in some spots. Oh well, it's only a matter of time till I scrape it away again and I can do it right the next time

Looks good. This exact same thing happened to my car when I took it to get tinted and the owner ran my car up on a curb this past Saturday. My bumper looks like yours before you touched it up.
Good news is owner is paying to fix it. Already took it to body shop, got estimate, and scheduled to drop it off next Monday.
Gonna cost $640 to fix it. Body shop said they will sand bottom of bumper to the plastic and sand clear coat off rest of bumper. Repaint bottom of bumper and then re-clearcoat the whole thing.

Thanks!

And ouch! Glad the owner is taking responsibility for that, though. I checked the paint a few minutes ago (picture I posted was from yesterday) and it looks better than I thought. I can barely tell it was touched up, other than in a few spots where I didn't sand. But damn, $640? This cost me $11.95 haha. My fender getting straightened, resprayed, and corner of my bumper getting touched up after someone backed into me cost $800
