I just tipped over 25% at lunch simply because I thought the waitress I had was hot. The service wasn't anything special.

Edit: I texted this to my buddy and he replied with: "So ugly girls get tipped less?" And I responded: "Well sometimes I tip them a lot too, because I feel bad for how ugly they are. So, no."

17% is my max, unless the service is exceptional. I also have no remorse for tipping 0% if the service deems it appropriate. I've also left a handful of small change as a tip before to be extra insulting.
