It's pretty funny the hate that comes at this car. The very night after I got my new FRS, I parked it in the garage at my building and parked my old car outside like I've done every day for the past year without a problem. The next morning I woke up to "VIOLATION" scrape off stickers on my old car from my building manager (he didn't have the balls to touch my new car)

He claimed that I had "illegal plates" for not having a "15" sticker on my plate (NJ plates in WI) even though they did away with those 11 years ago and my parking agreement doesn't even require the car to be insured or registered. For the next month until I got rid of my old car, one tire was randomly flat (whichever tire faced away from my window, yet they pumped up just fine and didn't lose 1psi over the next week) with a bunch of violation stickers for having a car in "disrepair".

Haters gonna hate...Though it is much, much more fun when you don't have to figure out who the person is and you can get your "closure"...

No, he is a sad, lonely middle-aged balding building manager who has been working for the same company for more than a decade without ever moving up. He has to get his jollies somehow, so he bullies tenants when he can.

The vast majority of the people in my building barely afford to live there so he scares them by saying things like "breach of contract" and threatening a lawsuit. He gets away with his shit almost all the time because he can threaten fines they can't pay or can threaten to tow the car if they complain - wrecking their credit, evicting them, or making them hire an attorney they can't afford. The most they get to "get back" at him is leave a nasty yelp review about him after they move out.

Luckily, I have an awesome job and my wife has just as awesome of a job and because I ran my own business for years, I have an awesome lawyer who writes awesome scary letters. My "closure" was getting a personal apology and handshake from him after watching one of the execs chew him a new asshole right in front of me all while I had a shit-eating grin on my face. Oh, and they are in the process of moving him to a different property - not fired, but I'm happy since I got to call him a "petty ****" in front of his boss and still get a grovelly apology.

OP, whatever happens in the parking lot, the school isn't responsible. When I went to buy my parking sticker, that was bolded.
I drive a $7,000 car, dad bought it. I take care of it. But you get the douche canoes leaning on it, put their bags on it and so on.

In Miami, to problem here is people slash tires and key cars. How large are the dings?

Kids here driver some baller ass cars. Cayman gts, b8 s5, 10 series frs, some amg merc, new merc that thing that's like a wagon and looks like my old allroad.
These kids are rich as shit and wreckless. Buy a dashcam for your car, OP.
