It wasn't giving me the option to "collect loot". No matter where I tried standing it wouldn't open for me. I tried moving all around it but the front of it was right on the edge and I kept falling off everytime I tried to get in front of it. What am I missing? I even tried to stand on top of it.
That's weird, sometimes they spawn backwards and that can make it hard to get to the front to open the chest.

Yeah, I'm going to check to see if it's still there tonight when I get online. I tried a couple of different times to no avail last night.

Unless its a gold chest (there are 5 per planet in fixed locations, open only once) it might be a normal chest. That spawn point is only one location, and it may or not be there the nest time you log on. As you find normal loot chests, keep a mental log of where they are so when you're out farming or running a mission, swing by the known locations to see if they're there and grab some quick loot.

I can't remember what the mechanic is for chests, it's either randomized every time you land on the planet, or when you enter that particular area of the map.

Yeah, I think it is random. I've done Old Russia so much I know where all the chests have been in the past so everytime I go back to earth I run by all the known areas. Sometimes new chests will be there and sometimes not. I think they drop after you kill a bunch of enemy too. I've gone into a cave and there be nothing, then when I go out I kill a bunch of bad guys and as I go back through that area I'll swing through the same cave and find a chest in it all of a sudden.

I Know what chest you are talking about on the moon. Facing the chest, if you jump on the right side of the chest you can open it.

So the majority of my fire team (we were missing 2, so we picked up to randoms, not really randoms, but lets say our 2nd string) And due to time constraints (Damn jobs) we didn't get the last boss down.

Relatively easy fight if you know what you are doing and have situational awareness.

Tip: Carry ammo packs for the final boss. Ammo is pretty scarce.

I assume if you bail then restart the next day, that you start back from the beginning and not a checkpoint?

When selecting a raid you have already done, it gives you two options.

1. Press 'X' to resume, or
2. Press 'Square' to restart.

If you enter a raid and kill a boss (get a kill reward) you are saved to that checkpoint. If you enter someone elses raid and Have not killed a boss, you are not saved at a checkpoint.

Oh yeah. the MIDA Multi-Tool is undoubtedly the best PVP primary. IMO nothing comes close.

Universal Remote? Primary slot shotty seems pretty OP for PVP.

on cqc maps maybe. I had a really hard time with a new shotgun I got last night since the stability was so low and I scrapped my old one. I switched back to hand cannon and anyone not in cqc range was getting headshotted.

I'm also pissed now. I found there's a medal called "Get It Off!" for killing with a sticky grenade. I've done that a ton and haven't gotten a single medal.

That shotgun apparently has good range, one of it's perks is "range and precision damage increases greatly while aiming down the sights". It would need better range than a normal shotgun or it would be pretty useless as a primary.

I'll stick to my sniper. Strong and has the best range. I've already adjusted to no scoping should I need to.
