You have a few options. Take off the weather stripping. Take off the glass. Don't use your car when it rains. Get a different car. That's about it unless you can invent rubber that doesn't squeak when wet

I knew how to use these switches within one use of them, but the sweet spot for manual scroll is too small. I've had the car nearly two years and I _still_ push too hard on them really often.

I suggest you clean the glass parts that touch the weather striping with alcohol.

Then, apply a silicone substance to the weather stripping that contacts the glass.

It isn't the rubbers squealing it is the plastic guides inside. The TSB for freezing windows fixed my squeal but I understand it didn't help for others. Since part of the job includes changing the guides and that is a pile of work I suspect some dealers just swap the weather strip and call it good enough.
