Regardling the Lexus floor mat incident.

The man driving the lexus had MULTIPLE floor mats on the driver side. His acceleration got caught.

And BAM. Fined.

I got this from my Toyota Mechanic.

^^^^^, and you won't convince me otherwise. The timing of the complaints and fining, and investigation, in regards to Toyota simultaneously (within the year) overtaking GM as the largest Auto manufacturer in the world, and GM going completely bankrupt and being bought up by the Gub'ment....yeah, I know there are coincidences, but when they have shit to do with Government officials, and huge amounts of $$$$, yeah no, I'm not buying it as just a coincidence.

Its one of the reasons I refuse to get rid of my AE86 (well, one of MANY), and if I did, I'd pick up another old school Toyota sports car in a heartbeat: Older cars are just more connected to the driver.

Its pretty fucking hilarious that its getting SO bad with the car driving the driver, and not vice versa, that people are literally becoming brain dead operators of their own vehicles. I mean seriously....

Actually I suffer from unintended acceleration everyday...its called lazy lead foot syndrome (or LLFS), where you subconsciously become too lazy to take your foot off the gas on the interstate. I consulted a doctor(Gub'ment) and he gave me pills to take and ran blood tests (investigations)...then I talked to my father(common sense) and he said "take your foot off the pedal."
