Really?!

Cause I was told from the man DSO referred me that my dent can not be removed w/o drilling a hole or removing the panel cause of the risk of window breaking. Mine is on the passenger door as well.

May be I'll call Longo.
Do you know how long (time) it took to get it fixed?
Did you need to send them a photo or make an appointment beforehand?

Depending on the severity of the dent, it may only just take 10-20 minutes. When I got my driver door done, it only took like 10 minutes.

There are certain dents that will require drilling...I'm not sure which one though. I think quarter panel.

You do need to make an appointment -- no photo required. Longo took like an hour pulling my roof dent though (with appointment), but I'm sure it didn't take the full hour.

Edit:

Here's a picture I took during my door PDR.

The place DSO had recommended said that I need to drill a hole for underneath the door cause of the way the door is shaped since there's no way they can get to where the crease is without a hole. Kinda wary about the procedure although he might do a good job.

If a hole is required, I'm thinking I might just wait a little bit and perhaps take it to a body shop instead....

Ended up getting my car serviced by Shane @ All out dent & performance today. Super cool guy and the result came out perfectly! No holes were drilled to get access to the dent from inside the panel. Shane works around LA county unlike most reputable PDR who are out in OC. I found his review through the forum by an user BLUE SLATE (Alan).
I highly recommend this guy if you need a PDR. I can give you his info if anyone has been a victim like myself. I am super happy with the result.
