I daily drive mine (average around 25-50 miles per day) and wouldn't trade it for anything else. I love driving this car. I drove my dad's 2015 2SS Camaro for 5 days about 2 weeks ago, and could not wait to get back into my FR-S. Don't get me wrong, the power and torque that the Camaro has is awesome, but I honestly found myself a little bored driving it around. That's right. Bored. I was kinda surprised, as I thought driving a car with that much more power would be more fun, but I found myself missing my FR-S. I get that neither car is a practical DD for a lot of people, but for me, the FR-S is a perfect DD. I can fit a couple week's worth of grocery's and my golf clubs in the back (with the back seats down of course, but mine are always down) and have just enough fun to keep me outta trouble.

My commute is 56 miles each way and most weeks I put another 100+ miles on it on my days off. Today will be a 300 mile day because I have to make a quick trip out to the western Catskills this afternoon. Fortunately some of the off day mileage will start to come down a bit because I picked up a more comfortable rig for family adventures. Granted it will cost more (double at least) to run it so hopefully gas prices really do come down soon like they're saying. My BRZ is an almost perfect car for a dd for me, small, quick, nimble, great gas mileage and easy to park.

This is the life I wish to have~

Sadly, I live 12 miles from work

Just 30 more years in the workforce and you too may reap the benefits.

You guys are lucky to get paid so much for mileage I travel 85 miles daily but only get paid for 53 of the miles at a price of 0.35 a gallon New Jersey is kinda cheap with our mileage =\

LOL. It's not a Ferrari. Just drive it and stop worrying about the mileage. Cars come and go. Life experiences last forever.

I hate having to drive mine to work every day. I really need to put my daily back together so I can just drive it when I WANT to haha

I have the option to drive my company car or my own, with reimbursement. 99% of the time, I drive the company car, because my car attracts way too much attention. Sometimes my work brings me through Angeles Crest so next time that happens, I'm taking my car lol.

I'll probably be looking for a beater soon to prevent the milage from increasing on my FRS. I was curious to see how many other people get to enjoy driving their FRS as an every day commuter vehicle?
I average about 115 miles each day. I wouldn't have it any other way. I love driving this car.

15 hours is about what I spend commuting weekly.

I put about 70 miles a day on mine to-from work. I don't get paid mileage, never have, so no biggie.
