~$200-$400

Go to a track day, chuck it into the first corner after the long straight at 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 mph, watch yourself catch Mustang GT's, BMW M's, and Porsches in the braking zones because you're 500-1000 lbs lighter, hang with them in the corners as they struggle to manage the weight and put down the power.

If it doesn't feel fast after that then sell it and get something with a turbo or V8.

Edit: You're in Wisconsin, Road America is one of my bucket list tracks, make it happen.

Sir, you win the comment of the day! I can't imagine anything else winning out.

Says FI isn't the only way to make this car fast. Posts a pic of a twin-turbo v6 swap.

The only issues are the oil pan dragging on the road and trying to suck air into the intakes through the headlight housings.

Why do people buy these cars?! Then they wish they had more of this or that. IF, you did your homework and researched the car, its features and all the performance capabilities BEFORE you decided to purchase a BRZ/FRS/GT86 then it wouldn't be a surprise to find out this car is lacking in some departments. But that all stems from personal preference.

I personally find the car fun to drive as is and I have the automatic even!

Seriously, though, openflash tune will help a lot. I recently rode in a supercharged frs with a conservative 8 psi tune, and car didn't feel much faster than mine. Granted, it was an auto and had stock header, but was still very surprised it wasn't faster. The openflash tunes are excellent.

That is a stupid way to look at it. If a car is lacking in one feature and is good in all other aspects then I should have found a different car? There is no compromise or change?

If someone adds a spoiler to the car should they have found a different car too? The only reason people tend to complain about the performance aspect is because people want factory/warrantied performance. They don't want to take the plunge into it post market.
