Interesting stereo. Nice to see you young guys into vinyl, even 45's!! Looks like a Sansui receiver?? You might want to raise the speakers a couple of feet, or may be get low stands which tilt them back about 15 degrees or so. You got the beginnings of a really nice listening room there. Go to Audio karma dot Org and they will help you do it right.

I like your style. I'm closing on a house on Cinco De Mayo and I have to buy all the furniture. couches, dining tables, kitchenwares, everything. I've always lived with someone that had already furnished the place. basically all I have is my bedroom(with old shit that doesn't match) and the garage. I have everything but a nice standup tool box and a lift. not like I can put a lift in my new place but you get the point.

Make sure to ask for payment chart(forgot the real name) from the lender to pay off next months principle along with current month payment.
