There's this principle in life where if you work, you get this paper-looking thing. And you can exchange that paper-looking thing for car parts.

Works out pretty well for me.

I see some consistency in this OP's apparent command of the English language and some other posters here who also live in English speaking countries. They are/want to be baller with their cars but perhaps need to focus on their literacy as a higher priority.
Just ask you parents to sponsor you. And while you're at it, learn English.

How to start finding one?
What do I get for sponsoring for most company?
How hard is it to get into one?

Most of all, do you know one that's looking for a sponsor?

please skip the 'angry comments', I'm only interested in informations
Ill be nice and assume you really have no clue. So here it goes:

You have to earn them. You have to build relationships and need to give something back to the sponsor. This can be done by social media and show exposure or be very competative in a sanctioned motosport series. This gets them publicity. But the thing is nobody is going to give you anything until you can prove you can win/be competative on your own.

But the biggest thing is what can you do for them in return? If everyone just handed out free stuff nobody would stay in business

How about product development and testing?
I have 4 cars and my FRS is a garage queen I wouldn't mind some discounts if my car was used for testing.

If this was May 2012 you'd be in luck maybe. But now there isnt really much to develop.

So, Assuming the OP is being serious, and touching base on some of the other poster comments, I would like to state it's true.... Nothing comes for free. Now, When A company is "Developing new parts" The do R & D on people's vehicles in exchange for a free part or discounted part. This can end badly or well for the owner of said vehicle. For me... Only piece of exhaust I have is an overpipe. I paid DIRT cheap for one through XYZ company and then wrote a review for the part on this board under their group buy product page. Did it work? Yes. Did I get the part? Yes. Why wasn't it free? Well, The first part had poor welds, the second part was solid but the gaskets failed, so I bought new gaskets which ultimately led to snapped header to overpipe studs, and recently that was all fixed. Pay to play.

There are people who are known tuners in this community. They get discounted / free parts in exchange for word of mouth sales for the hundreds of people they work with.

There are racer drivers in this community who get discounted / free parts. That's because they win and paid all upfront to play, plus have the company name in giant font on the side of their vehicles.

Now, I've had vehicles sponsored for racing, I've have a part which was "semi-sponsored" on my FRS (Overpipe) and I have called and spoke with companies such as Rally Direct, Jonmotoring, and they are all not sponsoring anyone at this time, but also have been a complete joy to work with, though I couldn't keep my end of the deal with Jonmotoring due to financial obligations I had outside of this.

So call around, check the HTTPs, get to racing, and don't expect this is an easy or free process. It's a business transaction in which they are investing in your car for one reason or another and you have to return on that investment one way or another.

Want a sponsorship? Very simple.

Know the company whose parts you want to represent.
Know the target audience you want to represent these parts to.
Know how to present the product to the target audience.
Put this all in a simple PDF or business presentation.

Or, just pick up a simple book about marketing and go from there. Sponsorship is no different than buying out a magazine advertisement or placing a billboard ad. The more views you can guarantee, the better your chances are of getting free parts, assuming that's your goal.

a lot of places will sponsor you for parts in exchange for money.

But seriously though, it tough...very tough actually. And since there are about a billion of our cars out, and its been several years, companies aren't too desperate to get their hands on a car to prototype new parts-because tons of stuff has been made already. They still exist, but they're harder and harder to find.

If you don't already have connections in the industry, you're gonna have to turn your car into a show car, and THEN you can approach companies about sponsorship...its easier after you've built a car, because then you can show companies what you can do/following you have etc.
