Here is an updated view of all the dyno and posts regarding the Ace Header Type A or Type B 150 250 or 350. Some are for superchargers but no Turbo information yet.

Best header reviews for BRZ / FT-86 are still found by searching FT86club.com or google.

Sure thing.

Top curve= 4-into-1 with ACE muffler (not for sale yet)
Mid curve= 4-into-1 with muffler delete
Low curve= 4-into-1 with stock muffler
All pulls with Stock ECU and K&N air filter

The parts, photos and pricing will be listed on the website this week. We just started production today and will post photos of jigs and progress throughout.

What was the exhaust setup on the 4-2-1 header dyno posted in the first post if this thread?

Why is the overpipe required?

Can you post a pic of the primary merges?

I'm assuming these are stainless steel, what grade of steel are they?

My guess is they designed their header/overpipe with max primary length, so their combo will meet up with the stock frontpipe, but not the standard overpipe.

Their overripe is two into one. Look at the picture. The header goes 4 into 2. Then the overpipe goes 2 into 1.

Calum- More pics coming soon, we've busy making the welding jigs and getting production up and running.

Material is #304 brushed alloy. Info on website. We can also polish but found that the polished doesn't deal as well with heat at the brushed

Correct, we should really call it the 4-into-2-into-1. OP is the wrong term

Not worried. Visually a regular BMW and Alpina look similar. Consider these headers blue-printed.

Some photos of the production jigs getting ready. Some welds will be done with the robot, but over 70% is still hand welded. Last photo is some test samples for the 4-1 header we were playing with.
