The guys from Nameless did an AMA sort of thing on the Jalopnik sub-blog Black Flag recently, and I actually asked them specifically about the suspension setup on their car. Here's the link, and below are the responses: http://blackflag.jalopnik.com/thanks...tup-1661440951

Jason@namless: "Full custom, of our own design. John@Nameless can probably get in here and discuss whatever of the particulars he wants to share, but the meat and potatoes of the system is four MCA Suspension 56mm Gravel Coilovers. A custom design we partnered with MCA to develop based on the lower clevis of a '08-14 WRX and the top hat of the GT-86 - all in a spectacular upright design that is from MCA Suspension, featuring three way adjustable external reservoir dampers. Front and rear dampers are identical with raised strut towers in front and rear to optimize suspension travel.

We use an '08-14 WRX Front Knuckle in both the front and the rear and attach to them with a unique chromoly pin of our own design. Then the control arms are all custom chromoly as is the rear subframe.

The rear suspension is a pretty marvelous thing, John can explain it a lot better than I can as it was his design."

John@nameless: "The suspension is 100% custom made by us. We use MCA coilovers out of Australia hat are built to our specifications mated to WRX front knuckles on all 4 corners. 4130 chromoly suspension arms with custom geometry gives it about 9" of wheel travel and some fancy wheel travel characteristics that set this suspension apart from anything that's been done in rally in the recent past."

Edit: MCA's stuff is really nice, but also really expensive; as any quality rally suspension will be. So I'm not sure their setup will work for you, but I'm guessing they'd have some useful input for you. There's also some guy I've seen on FB groups and Instagram with a lifted BRZ, and it looks like he's likely a more budgeted build. His IG is @Liftedbrz, and I think he might have a FB page too. Probably a good idea to contact him too.

Ok well I heard back from nameless sales and they told me that they don't have anything for sale right now. Some of the things they are working on are still in the testing phase. I will however try to contact John@nameless so I can get informed on what to look for. They were kind enough to refer me to someone that might have what I am looking for.

I also found some coilovers that will allow me to lift the car. They are from feal. http://www.rallyracingsuspension.com/page16.php Its the gravel spec kit. The spring rates they recommend 6/5K. Has anyone heard of them or have any comments?

I am not looking to build a professional rally car. I just want a setup that will allow me to get to the range (which is 2 miles into the desert.) and have a little fun from time to time. Keep in mind that this will also be my daily driver and I haven't paid it off just yet.

I am new to modifying cars so this rally stuff really blow my mind. I am learning more about how everything works. Thanks guy for helping me figure this stuff out.
