If it's a true CPO car you should be able to take it to ANY dealer. However I have seen dealers offer their own warranties as a sales incentive, something like that would probably only be good at that dealer.

9/10 you will have to show proof of insurance on said vehicle before dealer will even let you leave with it. If your financing, will have to have full coverage.
