I still think you're playing Russian roulette with your motor if you let them touch it again. They couldn't get your tune right after two days on the dyno, what makes you think they're going to do better remotely?

If you get the base map on there and the car works fine, then only a single variable has changed and it'll be pretty clear where the problem is. This is diagnosis 101, change one thing at a time and then test.
You are correct. While warming up the car seems fine. It's once everything is warmed up that things get poopy. My local shop also suspected the O2 sensor as a possibility. I pulled it and I tried to swap it with my friend's but I couldn't get enough leverage to unscrew his from his exhaust manifold (I don't have power tools). Our current theory is that the tune is running really rich at partial throttle under certain load conditions (wideband hooked up to the tailpipe was showing 10.1), which is causing the plugs to get fouled up causing the car to start misfiring. This could also explain why the car seems to be getting worse over time. I need to just man up and buy the damn ECUTek cable to flash back to the basemap like you said to get a good independent variable. I've just been putting it off as a last resort. Will I be able to save off Dynosty's map (presumably in a write-only format) before I flash Full Blown's map?

You'll need to ask them for the file by email. You can't read off the ECU.

An update. Dynosty loaned me an ECUTek cable before Thanksgiving (had to pay shipping but w/e) so I flashed the basemap from Full Blown back on the car and all my issues went away. So I'm trying to find a convenient stretch of time to drop my car off with them again to see if they can get it sorted out. They suggested that I switch the injectors back to stock since their specs are definitely known and they can handle my tune at 93octane just fine. At least I have a driveable car in the meantime. Just can't boost because the basemap likes to hang in the high 12's at WOT

Just an update. The issue was resolved by switching the injectors back to stock. Not sure what was going on with the ones included in the Full Blown kit, but the issues went away and the car is 100% drivable now on stock injectors.

Hal switched the injectors for me, and even swapped/refunded the 4bar MAP sensor that was no longer needed on my setup, all for no extra charge. These guys make sure their customers are happy, and even though it took us a bit to get there, they followed through and backed up their work 100%. The process would've been a lot easier if I lived closer than 2 hours from their shop, and if I had manned up and purchased an ECUTek cable first thing.

In any case, I will be returning to their shop for any future upgrades/changes to my setup.
