![]() They are for mudflaps. I thought that someone at the factory forgot a few body fasteners but someone informed me they are for the optional mudflaps. I will probably be buying some spare push in fasteners to fill the holes, as I don't like them either.

There's a white and blue BRZ available in Reading, MA; apparently the buyers backed out! The white was a Limited, not sure on any other details; friend told me.

Road noise can also be attributed to tires aside from mirror/wind interface. I had some GeForce KDW tires on my WRX and they were LOUD.

OK as much as I sound stupid for admitting this...the excess road noise was because I trusted the dealer to do their job correctly. My tires were inflated to 45 psi!...yes all 4 of them!
I reduced down to the spec (35) and the road noise is much better. Not great or anything close to quiet but much closer to what I think is reasonable for this class of car. So sorry for the alarm and now understand why some were surprised. |
