If you get a header, yes you will need a tune. Unless you really just feel like spending $650+ for almost no reason at all.
You say you have a full Greddy exhaust. What exactly do you mean by full exhaust? Header back? Catback? I ask because a lot of people seem to regard a catback as a full exhaust. If you have a catback, then getting a front pipe (especially catless) will make it quite a bit louder and it will cost a lot less than a header. If sound is your primary focus, and you really just have a catback, then get a front pipe.
