just headers no tune maybe 5 to 8 hp

it not all about the top end hp, tunes headers e85 all produce gains throught the rpm range andd better torque which is what this car needs

you can get OFT plus tunes plus the headers for just over $1000 and run e85 or petrol and pick up about 35 wheel hp , not bad bang for buck

Off topic. What gains can I expect with the 91 octane tune with just a cat back and drop in filter? I've searched and looked at graphs but don't seem to understand.

There is not much difference between 91/93 tunes just a degree of timing extra above about 6000 rpm, so hp difference is minimal maybe 2 or 3 hp less on 91 tune as opposed to 93 tune. The 2 or 3 Hp is about what a drop in filter makes :-) top end.

Catbacks not worth much hp maybe 2 or 3 if that, its the cat-less headers that make the hp with a tune.

Your hard pushed to notice anything less than 10hp with a butt-dyno. :-)

As far as I'm aware, Shiv needs someone to bring him an innovate car to start the tune and he hasn't gotten one as of yet.
